LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT). On Wednesday, the COVID-19 Outbreaks and Investigations page for La Crosse County assigned five institutions a high-risk category and one a low-risk group.

• Starlight Hall in La Crosse, July 16–6, 7:30:30 p.m.
